Engagement with AI DCT, its Website, and Platform Services involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Regulatory Risk: Laws governing digital assets, AI infrastructure, and tokenization may change.
• Technology Risk: AI, blockchain, and distributed systems may contain vulnerabilities or limitations.
• Operational Risk: Infrastructure outages, cyber incidents, or system failures may occur.
• Market and Economic Risk: Market volatility, illiquidity, or demand changes may impact any referenced participation.
• No Guarantee of Performance: Past or projected performance does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with your use of the Website and Platform Services.

Platform Services Addendum

This Addendum applies only to users who access gated, restricted, or transactional Platform Services beyond the public Website.

1. Conditional Access

Access to Platform Services is conditional upon:

• Successful completion of onboarding and compliance checks
• Ongoing compliance with applicable laws and terms

2. Suspension and Termination

AI DCT may suspend or terminate access if eligibility representations become inaccurate, required information is not provided, or continued access poses legal or operational risk.

3. No Custody or Fiduciary Role

AI DCT does not act as a broker, dealer, custodian, fiduciary, or investment adviser unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Amendments

This Addendum may be updated independently to reflect regulatory, legal, or operational changes.
