Dr. Adel ElMessiry is the Founder and CEO of AlphaFin and the visionary behind AI Value Protocol (AIVP.ai) and AIDCToken.com. He is also a Co-founder of Lussa.io and serves as the official representative of the Union of Arabs at the United Nations. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Blockchain, with over two dozen peer-reviewed academic publications. Dr. ElMessiry actively supervises graduate and postgraduate students at the American University in Cairo (AUC). With a strong entrepreneurial background, he has led three successful company exits, including one unicorn, and is a Limited Partner in DGH/DGB. A globally recognized speaker and advisor, he serves on multiple boards, including the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and continues to shape innovation across AI, blockchain, and financial technologies.

Bernie Allen is a seasoned technology executive and Co-founder & President of AlphaFin. He previously served as Executive Director at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and is a Distinguished Engineer from Motorola. Bernie pioneered mobile-embedded AI by developing one of the first AI-driven mobile platforms in 2012. At Oracle, he earned recognition as a Cloud Sales MVP and played a key role in advancing enterprise cloud adoption. He holds multiple patents that were later acquired by Google through Motorola’s acquisition, reflecting his deep technical leadership and innovation expertise.

Nathan Golden leads the Golden Family Office and brings a proven track record across strategic land acquisitions and adaptive reuse real estate developments. As Founder of Golden Acquisitions, he has successfully transformed underutilized assets into high-value mixed-use developments. His work includes the adaptive reuse of former Macy’s properties into Planned Unit Developments, overseeing complex conversions of legacy retail portfolios. Nathan’s leadership combines financial discipline, development expertise, and long-term value creation.

Mark Messow is the Managing Director of Techipartners GmbH with over 30 years of experience spanning electronic hardware, enterprise software, and Web3 technologies. After transitioning from corporate leadership seven years ago, he has led startups in blockchain development, staking and validation, drug development, sports marketing, and senior living. Mark currently serves in advisory roles with Smart Cities Council – Health Spain, Bitangels Zug, Naturecentered.org, and the Institute of Supply Excellence & Innovation (ISEI), contributing strategic insight across innovation-driven industries.
